Bonus Club Card represents a points-based loyalty card that gives you the opportunity to earn bonus points with every purchase you make at the Zuma restaurant for future payment purposes.

Bonus points represent points earned with every purchase at the Zuma restaurant.

Bonus represents the amount accumulated on your card (nominal of the card), which is determined on the basis of the amount of earned bonus points. Thus, accumulating bonus points, you can use them for payment purposes when visiting the restaurant, ordering takeaway and deliveries. The arithmetic is simple: 1 point represents 1 ruble.
When you make a purchase, 10% of the amount spent is transferred to your card providing you present your card at the restaurant during payment.
If you celebrate your birthday on the same day at the restaurant, the bonuses are doubled.

1. The card is issued to a guest of the restaurant after he/she visits the restaurant, pays for participation in the guest of honor program, and provides all of the information needed to fill out the corresponding application. By signing the application form, the participant gives consent to the processing (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, distribution (including transmission), depersonalization, blocking and destruction of their personal data: name, surname, patronymic, sex, date of birth, address of registration (residence), e-mail address, and phone number for the purpose of maintaining the registry of guests, sending postal mail, notifications, and information, including information about promotions, sweepstakes, and other events.
2. The card is issued to a guest immediately.
3. The card is activated within five working days.
4. In the event of non-use of the card for six consecutive months, the card is canceled (cease to be effective) without prior notice.
5. In order to earn bonus points and use them for payment purposes, the card must be presented by the participant. Once the bill has been made out, crediting points and recalculation of the order amount are not permitted.
6. The limit with respect to the use of bonus points for payment purposes at the Zuma restaurant is set at 15,000 rubles.
7. Withdrawal (cashing) of the accumulated points is not permitted.
8. Use of the card by other parties (third parties) is not permitted.
9. If the card is lost, the relevant participant shall send a corresponding written notice to the restaurant filling out a new application form.
10. The restaurant shall block the card upon receipt of the participant’s application if the card is lost. The card with the transferred accumulated bonus points is reissued within seven (7) working days.
11. The restaurant’s management reserves the right to verify ownership of the card by requesting the person presenting the card to show valid identification document.
12. The restaurant’s management reserves the right to refuse to accept the card and suspend it in cases when there is reason to assume that the rules of its use have been violated until clarification and resolution of the relevant circumstances.
13. The restaurant’s management reserves the right to refuse to accept the card and suspend it in the absence of feedback from the participant owning the card (including the absence of compulsory contact information in the questionnaire).
14. Violation of the above-mentioned rules may result in the unilateral cancellation of the card (card termination) by the restaurant’s management.
15. The restaurant’s management reserves the right to unilaterally amend and/or supplement the Rules of the bonus club by posting their new edition on the web-site of the Zuma restaurant. Disagreement of the participant with the new rules entails the termination of the card. Acceptance of the new conditions by the bonus club participant is deemed to be received if the participant continues to use the bonus club card.
